The Victorian Heart Hospital

Completed at the end of 2022, the Victorian Heart Hospital stands as Australia’s first dedicated cardiac hospital. This state-of-the-art facility is committed to delivering innovative, holistic, and patient-centred care, while also advancing world-leading research and education in the field of cardiology.

To mitigate the risks associated with oxygen depletion and asphyxiation, Noventis implemented an oxygen gas detection system across its laboratories, operating theatres and MRI rooms. This safety measure ensures the well-being of patients, staff, and researchers, allowing them to focus on their critical work without compromising their health and safety.

The system has connectivity to both the Building Management System and the hospitals security system. It has the ability controlling the gas supplies to its mains laboratory.
